Bayrich manual finger puncher is designed to punch fingers on the ends of lightweight thermoplastic conveyor plies as a preparation for making finger- or finger-over-finger splices.
As mentioned before on the pneumatic finger punching machine page. Finger punch is a must step before conveyor belt splicing process.
Because of the easy set-up and manual operation, the Bayrich manual finger puncher is an ideal tool for working on location. The maximum thickness is up to 5 mm for light weight belting.

Bayrich manual finger puncher machine standard model is: 300mm/600mm/900mm/1200mm/1500mm.

Although all punch boards of the manual finger punching machine have a specified net width, the open construction of the frame allows belts of larger widths to be punched with these machines.

With one layer punch, usually use 15*75mm finger and on 20*50mm fngers for finger-overlap-fnger splicing. It is also possible for a bias finger punching.
